Adoption Application

To fill out an actual Adoption Application, please download our interactive PDF by clicking the link, fill out on your computer, and email back to us at 'emailP2F@gmail.com'.

We rescue dogs from
  • Kill shelters

  • Humane organizations

  • Animal control agencies

  • Owner surrenders

When animals are taken in, they rarely have a medical history.

Rescued dogs are examined and treated by a licensed veterinarian to ensure they are up-to-date on vaccines, receive parasite treatments, and any other care that may be necessary. All information on medical care is provided to the new owner upon adoption. Paws 2 Freedom requires that all rescued dogs must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption! Paws 2 Freedom cannot guarantee the health or temperament of an animal after adoption.

In order to complete the adoption agreement, you must be at least 18 years of age, and will need a valid Drivers License or photo ID.

We encourage you to schedule a meet and greet with our adoptable dogs. If you do not find what you are looking for, a wish list is maintained and we will notify you if a dog is received that meets your criteria.

Paws 2 Freedom, Inc. (P2F) is a small foster-home based, 501c3 charitable dog rescue organization, licensed in the state of Pennsylvania, USA, dedicated to rescuing dogs from kill shelters and other dangerous situations, with the goal of placing them in caring forever homes.

We do not discriminate based on dog breed or age.

We also serve our community by working with local animal control and police officers in abandonment, abuse and owner surrender situations, assisting with reuniting stray dogs with their owners, and placing rescue dogs to be trained to serve our military veterans in need.

Our continued operations depend on the generosity of donors.  All funding is used for the care, well-being and support of the animals. No individuals receive compensation.
